“ Garden wind spinner ”

When I take an image that I want pin sharp I have fuzziness; when I want motion blur I get a pin sharp image. How is this? This challenge took me ages but I’m reasonably happy with this shot. Our garden ornament has two sets of blades. The blurry elements are on the side that is closest to me.
