This didn't work out as planned. My Giant Dead Leaf mantis wasn't cooperating. The mantis was supposed to be further back, so the mantis and HO figures (1:87 scale) would be positioned as a triangle, which was supposed to work with the triangles of the mantis head, body and legs. But my model ...

Firstly, I would love to have a mantis, what an awesome pet! They always say don't work with animals but I think given the reluctance of model you've nailed it!
