“ Ancient Fisherman ”

Tried to capture this figure with lighting like a caravaggio painting. Used a single LED light with tissue paper covering to replicate a soft box and then experimented with different exposures.

The figure has some interesting features - the fibers on the pole, the blue color of the sleeve - his beard. Along the lines of improvement, you could try zooming out… more

The figure has some interesting features - the fibers on the pole, the blue color of the sleeve - his beard. Along the lines of improvement, you could try zooming out slightly to capture more of the pole. You could also experiment with the position of the light source slightly counterclockwise with relation to the figure to capture just a little bit more of the dark side of his face. The black background looks good nice clean image. Kudos!
