“ It's a Good Sign ”

I'm a collector of all things with a story. They are never perfect cuz neither is life. This lovely item graces my walls in my house. I wonder how this wood looked when part of a tree and how it looks now with the interesting crown and window of a burl. Mother Nature never gets it wrong.

Your light is stunning Lynn, the way you have shaped it makes me think of the scream. I love old pieces of wood as well, there is so much character to it.
