“ Blue v red ”

The red seems to have a majority here but the blue is still standing.
Shot on the second day of the lunar new year, in Chinatown, on the first day this year when the light has been really good.

This is good. I prefer those answers to the challenge with a small blue focal point surrounded by another colour.
