This week, I attended a cooking class that was part of a Christmas gift. We cooked and then ate for about four hours, with three traditional Peranakan dishes involving buah keluak, including the most famous, ayam buah keluak (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ayam_buah_keluak).
