“ on the ground, not noticed ”

I'm back in Bangkok for two weeks and this week's challenge really made me notice how much of life is quite literally "on the ground" here. I suppose its that way in much of the world these days, but not really in Japan where I usually reside.

This is one of my favorites in the album. I know most people don't like to see this, but I think it's poigniant and the black and white works really well here.
