I was playing with my R6 to see how it did with long hand held exposures in low light. My Christmas tree, which was my first artificial tree that I bought last year (and LOVE!), is large and has many different light combinations. I chose red and the lights made the whole room red in the photo...

I really like the watercolor effect. Personally, I would like more differentiation around the edges so that the tree is more defined in shape. It gets a bit lost, except… more

I really like the watercolor effect. Personally, I would like more differentiation around the edges so that the tree is more defined in shape. It gets a bit lost, except for the core of the tree. The blinds make a nice contrast with the horizontal lines.

Really interesting effect! I like how you know it is still a Christmas tree with an abstract feel punctuate by the windows/blinds in the background
