Well, I can't say this is my favorite challenge we have, but it does stretch me a bit to see things differently.     This reminds me a little of my ICM image last year where I did ICM by trying not to move the camera and just taking a long exposure.  I like the swirl of the element in the bulb, something that we are going to lose when incandescent bulbs go away for good.  I think it is interesting how the trees in the background just look like they are blurred by DOF and not by the ICM.  You are right, it isn't the best image in the world, but there is some interest here.
