    Interesting pairing.  The macro gives you a really shallow depth of field to begin with and then add in the wide aperture and the depth of field must have been really small.  I can understand why you focus stacked.

    I like what detail you have and I like how you have out of focus sections in both foreground and background.  It adds a real 3d feeling to the image.  I like the curved light/dark transition in the background.  I might have wanted a little more depth of field, especially around the white spiky bits , but other than that, this is nicely done with a lot of technique going into the image.
