    I considered something similar, but decided against it because I didn't want to deal with getting out of the reflection in the lens.  I like how the "undistorted" portion of the image is out of focus.  I like the multiple reflections off of the various lens elements.  I think the color shift (the lens coatings?) is interesting.  There is a dark wire or something in the reflection that makes me think it is a crack in the lens that I find distracting, but otherwise, I like what you've done.
