“ Why didn't I sweep... ”
Well.... First off. Don't mind how dirty my floors are. I got this picture of Zoe while I was watching to see if some birds might make an appearance in my backyard tree for this weeks photo. I've been meaning to clean the floors but we recently got some snow and with the pups in and out all day ...

I love this.  Really great lighting and multiple leading lines from the leg to the carpet edge to the background elements (wall, couch, etc.).  Nice catchlight in the eye and just a hint of the second eye.  Wonderfully lit face.  I think the dirty floor actually helps add another bit of texture to the image.  I might have cropped a touch out of the top of the image to get rid of the little green blow sneaking in at the top center, but other than that, this is great.

Great lines, and beautiful clearness of the dog's face. Lovely done, Matthew!

Great lines, love that you stepped outside the box to have lines coming from different angles. I think with snow and pups if you had swept this morning it would have been needing it again...I maybe would have moved the chair leg out of the image. Great dof, love the light and sharpness of your pups eye, ka pai to mahi.

I think if you have dogs, you wouldn´t be doing anything else other than wiping the floor if you want to keep it clean ;-) . I love how the lines lead the paw and the head at the same time, it is a bit confusing at first when you just follow the lines, however for me it gives the picture more character
