“ Stuffed ”

Well for this week I had an idea to do some sort of food photography. I missed a golden opportunity with an old burrito that got tossed on trash day. But lucky for me my wife wanted me to make some potstickers for an afternoon snack. After the both of us were done, this was all that was left.

I like the textures in the plate and counter. There is a nice balance with the 1 bowl, 3 potstickers, and 2 chopsticks. The greenish shadow in the soy sauce… more

I like the textures in the plate and counter. There is a nice balance with the 1 bowl, 3 potstickers, and 2 chopsticks. The greenish shadow in the soy sauce bowl bothers me though. My eye keeps wanting to anchor there when I'd rather have it fixate on the potstickers. Maybe use a darker colored bowl?
