“ Buildings and People ”

This is a composite of 5 images taken from the same spot, about 10 seconds apart with a slow shutter speed. I processed it in the Stephanie Jung style, where I imported the images into PS as layers, then used different opacities to add each layer, plus the move tool to slightly offset the layers.
