“ Juxtaposing Nature ”

Milkweed, a perennial plant, provides an abundant source of nectar for the Monarch Butterfly. After a long winter, the intricacies of the remaining pod are highlighted by the shallow depth of field. A stained glass window provides a springlike vibrancy to the background.
