“ First Impressions ”

Walking through the woods and from a distance I thought this was a big white flower. Funny how our mind will cause us to see what is familiar in something it is unsure of. I guess a deer must have stepped on this mushroom breaking it in a shape resembling a flower.

I thought it was a ribbon or a bow! The stark white of the mushroom really makes it pop against the forest floor. Nice find!
