I thought it would be fun to attempt shooting an egg in a way similar to different moon phases.

Fabulous! Years ago when I took an art class we had to draw an egg. The purpose was to get us to really look and see the shadows instead of drawing what we thought… more

Fabulous! Years ago when I took an art class we had to draw an egg. The purpose was to get us to really look and see the shadows instead of drawing what we thought an egg looked like. I love the pure black background and the lighting that highlights the texture of the egg, and then how it fades off into the darkness.
