“ “The Colonel’s House” ”

Ft. Casey on Whidbey Island. Along with Ft. Warden and Ft. Flagger, these forts guarded upper Puget Sound at the turn of the 20th century. The Colonel’s House was the fort commander’s residence. This a panorama redo.
