“ Purple Almonds ”
You can almost wonder if this is eatable as it looks so strange but these are chocolate covered almonds that I photographed in the store.

I made this whole challenge in the store when shopping.

    Great texture, I like how the almonds fill the frame. The shadow over the part that's in focus adds interest as well.

    This is really cool looking.  I would never guess these were chocolate covered almonds.  I do wish a bit more of it was in focus.  I was going to say I wish it had been focus stacked or something, but then I read you did this in the store while shopping and that sort of thing just isn't possible.  I would have liked to have seen if the f-stop had been cranked up to  f/8 or f/11 and shutter speed had been dropped to 1/60th or even 1/30th if you can hold it that long (I personally can't).  Either way, it looks neat.

    Interesting colour and texture. I'd be inclined to crop the bottom part where the blemish is.
