“ Blue shadow ”
At first it was just the pitcher. Then two chess pieces in front of the pitcher as a complimentary color. Played with the lighting: a bluish tint? Just white? Perhaps yellow or gold? Decided on white, but it was bright and pulled the eye to the left. So why not a chess piece on the far right ...

    I do like the composition, contrasts and simplicity of this photo. The shadow really works too. I just wonder whether the chess pieces could have been chosen as the focus of the photo as everything seems very slightly blurry.
