“ The sole of a puddle ”

The weather has been gorgeous here in Greenville, so no rain for a couple of weeks - so no puddles.

This was set up under a glass top table with my wife standing on a ladder with my old boot on. I sprayed water from a hose pipe to create the puddles and the appearance of rain - and ...
