As soon as I saw this Ferris wheel, although it wasn’t the first time, I had this picture in mind. The photo is a composite of three images—one with motion blur using a shutter speed of 8 seconds and two with a faster shutter speed of 1/30 second to create the transparency effect in Photoshop.
