My son 'styled' these cocktails for me, and I then concentrated on getting the focus where I wanted it across the frame. The only lens I own that has an aperture larger than 2.8 is an old Canon 85mm 1.8, which I attached to my Sony camera with an adapter. I quite like this image, but would love ...

    Great depth of field and overall composition, Caroline. Since the cocktail glasses are different heights and circumferences, it seems like the line of focus was perfect on the left and right drink, but the center is slightly softer. Love that bokeh!
