“ Head Over Heels ”

Having missed low tide on the beach I headed up to the sea front and found this puddle, right next to the shingle beach, showing off the iconic Dome cinema in Worthing beautifully.

I spent a good, long, undignified time on knees and elbows experimenting with various shutter speeds ...
