“ Nest Egg ”

I used my first studio setup to take this shot of a Christmas tree egg ornament in an opulent nest of pearl necklaces, a play on words. I like that the egg ornament has a mother and baby bird on it. I used natural light from a window and a side light to bring out the glow of the pearls and gold.

Cute indeed! I like this but rather than a nest (I missed the title at first) I thought of the opulent Fabergé eggs. Lovely color palette also.
