“ Just Retired.....A new routine ”

This week, Friday to be precise, I retired after 38 years in the NHS.
The 5:30 am alarm call has stopped.
The early morning coffee has stopped.
All my routines have stopped.

Both mornings I have ridden my bike with friends.
My plan is to ride 3 days a week.
