“ Pier on a Cloudy day ”

This is a spot that I've visited on many occasions but not photographed. Even with the overcast skies and a ND filter, I was not able to get the exposure longer than 1.3 seconds without blowing out the skies too much. Still, I did have to lower the exposure a bit in Lightroom and then converted ...
