“ Flowering Clematis ”

My clematis are flowering like crazy this year. I think is the first time I have had this many flowers on these plants. I don't have a macro lens so I just tried to get as close as possible with the lens that I have. I also took this image in the evening so had to use a high ISO.

The focus on this is really… more

The focus on this is really crisp!

I'm of two minds about the little tears on two of the petals. On one hand, I wonder how it would look with those cropped out and even more emphasis on the yellow center. On the other hand, we truly get a sense of how delicate this flower is.

You have a good eye.
