“ Rhubarb ”

Our local farmers market always has great produce. The last two times I went I kept looking at this beautiful rhubarb. We have been baking a lot in our house since quarantined, so the next recipe we try will be strawberry rhubarb crisp.

The color is great in this low key/low light situation- so saturated but not in a way that looks fake. Nicely done! I loooovee strawberry rhubarb crisp- one of our favorites (we make a lot of rhubarb recipes in our home but our rhubarb has not come in yet)
