“ Single focal Point ”
I thought that the idea of a single focal point would be well represented in a fountain pen. It was fun putting this together. I am not sure about the composition though. Any pointers would be helpful!

I like the basic setup you have created. It seems that the pen is pointing at _me_ (I'm so sensitive!), so I might turn the point a bit to the left, both to have it pointing away from the center and to re-align the shadow so that it doesn't fall directly under the pen. Or per the previous comment, have the pen pointing toward the writing. The low-key lighting gives your writing a very mysterious effect. So glad you had fun with this! I struggle with still life compositions. I often know what I like but not necessarily how to carry them out. Kudos.
