    Very interesting.  I didn't pick up on what you were doing until I read the description.  It looked to me like you just had a bright streetlight on the right.  Very well layered and blended.  I really like the starburst effect and am a fan of the lights in the windows.  I am curious about the circle with the red cross in it.  I can't figure out what it is and I can't see it in either of the base images.  So very nicely done.

    I might have tried to pull the perspective around a bit but that's just personal. It's a good composition
