“ The Unexplored Mind: Anxiety Closing In ”

This young woman, a part of my family, has anxiety attacks. Debilitating anxiety is something the I do not understand, but after talking with her, I need to learn more about this so I can help her. This psychological condition is something that is completely unexplored for me.
