“ Gnocchi’n me off my feet ”

I made the gnocchi from scratch. Rolled them using the Rigagnocchi board. I made the sauce with fresh tomatoes from scratch. I picked a few basil leaves from my hydroponic plant. Garnished with freshly ground pepper and microplaned parmesan reggiano. It was hard to make them last ...
