“ It's all that I knead! ”

I love two kinds of sandwiches this time of year: bread with garlic confit and caprese sandwiches.
The star of the show is my homemade bread. The garlic is from my garden as are the tomatoes and basil.
I know it is a busy photo - it is the reality of baking and of garden harvesting.
