Several possibilities this week. See the comments for a couple of other options (all taken in roughly the same area). Why B&W? There is a very annoying yellow sign in the upper left that I could either clone out or make disappear by using B&W. I liked this better.

Very nice image indeed. Usually the colour of the sea / sky would dominate with this scene, but being B/W draws you back to the wildlife on the rocks. Love it!
