This isn't what I usually do so I kept it simple. Just two exposures. Layer one was with the bottle of Port and the second was was without it. I then masked everything except the bottle out in Photoshop (I'm not really good at that so don't zoom in on the bottle) and shifted that layer with ...

    Nice, simple idea with the rogue bottle of port floating off.  It is just missing the hint of a shadow under the bottle to add a bit more 'realism' to the image (as much as a floating bottle of port can look real 😉)
