“ Mucking Out ”

Dredging of our local harbor, transportation only works if there are adequate passages. Ocean storms bring sand/mud into the bay while waterways flowing downstream pick up plenty of sediment which eventually deposits into the harbor. This decreases navigation channels required to bring in goods...
