    I know how you felt, I too had a not so good week too and my mantra is "allow" in other words just allow yourself to have a bad few days and get on with it.  I love this image, it is full of smiles, deliciousness and best of all it helped you with your malaise.  I bet Jamie was hoping she would be used for many takes so she could eat more than one donut lol.
