“ Camelia ”
All week I was never really sure what was key for this challenge, and it had been a very wet and rainy week - so with sun coming out, this the last morning, I took my camera outdoors.
This is one of the first Camelia's out in our garden with spring just around the corner.

The light does its job beautifully against that dark background, Trevor!  There’s a lovely delicacy to the petals revealed by the sunlight!

We have pink camelia's too, they are very sweet as a hedge.  I too love the light hitting the leaves.

Really nice, i like the lit edges of the leaves and it feels as though i am looking through foliage to see the first flower. Pretty.

Nice with all the light on the flower itself!
