No matter how bad 2020 was, my spirit was always lifted when I came home to this guy. Animals are amazing therapy for people and my pup is no exception. I'm glad he's part of my family.

    Aw, he's lovely. I think that dogs have been many people's saviours this year. I like the way you've placed him in the frame so his front legs almost form leading lines to his face, which sits on the third line. The frame is very yellowy, and I wonder if the photo was taken using ordinary indoor lighting? In those conditions, I'd probably set the white balance to compensate. The focus is perfectly placed on his eyes. He's just waiting for permission to go and do something else, isn't he!

    Love this! I fully agree about the positive effect animals have in our lives. We brought a puppy home in July and Murphy has been the highlight of 2020.
