    Great idea! I thought and thought about what else "hands" could mean, and came up with nothing. (Since then I've looked in the dictionary and found that it has A LOT of definitions including, of course, a hand of cards!) I like the simplicity of this. I may have turned it slightly so that the wrist came more from the corner of the frame for a stronger composition. Nice shallow DoF with the focus on the cards. I think you're right about the sepia, actually - that works really well.
