“ Hitching Post ”

This antique, cast-iron equestrian hitching post graces the yard of my neighbor. Wanted to catch the pic while it was snowing, but missed the flakes by about 10 minutes.

I can't easily 'rest' my eye on the background which seems to distort as does the bottom of the post but I love it nonetheless.
