“ Hitchhiker ”

Walking in the field and noticed this guy. This was my first close encounter with a turtle. It took me a few minutes to realize he had a hitchhiker.

I haven't seen a turtle in eons. Beautiful coloring on both shell/legs and neck. He looks well traveled with the stuff on his shell.
