“ The view from the back door ”

I was hoping for meteors but didn't see a single one in the hour i stood at the back door and looked, i can't see the pole star from my vantage so decided against star trails and have nothing but the view from the back step, maybe next year...

Over the last two weeks I must have spent around 12 hours in total sat in the garden with either Gopro or a Fuji XT2 constantly firing shots. I've seen around 20 decent shooting stars and one really good long one with sparks in its tail. Saying that I've only managed to capture 2 small meteors in thousands of shots. Fingers crossed to get some more.
