“ Proper Chips ”

Chips almost ready their second dip in the fryer is close to complete. Not crisps, not French fries but proper English chips. Once out they just require a sprinkle of salt and dash of vinegar. mmm.........!!! Go very well with fish or steak and if one has never had a chip butty (sandwich) then ...
