“ Secluded Lake District ”

A road closure prevented us from taking the normal route home after a morning round of golf at Windermere Golf Club. We therefore headed up a narrow road which warned of gates to open and close. It was very narrow and certainly noy heavily used. We did pass the odd small farm building and as ...
