“ And There Was Light ”

Playing around this week trying something new, I realized it also worked well for curves. This is a composite shot. I took one photo of the light bulb turned on while screwed into a lamp and one photo of the light bulb using external warm lighting to get the base of the bulb image and merged ...

Really nice shot, you've done a great job of the composite - I watched a video at one point of how to do this and it involved a really complicated set-up, involving extra lightbulb holders etc - it's nice to know it's possible to do in other ways too.

Really outstanding. I really like the rim light on the bulb. I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of it in the reflection.
