    It may be wet, dirty, and cold, but you can't tell that with your photo!  It's a very lovely scene.  Almost fools one into believing winter isn't that bad. LOL

    This shot was made for B&W.    It would not have worked in color I do not think.  It is quite busy and is difficult to find a focal point.  It does however show what your title says - it is a shot of the forest, and the snow helps make it a B&W

    Beautiful view of the forest. It's been very cold down here. I might have lightened it a tad as it seems a little dark. A very lovely scene I do not see often.
