“ Badbury Road ”
This road is lined on both sides by beech trees. There are 365 trees on one side, 366 on the other - one for each day of the year, normal and leap!. They were planted in 1835, by William Bankes as a tribute to his Mother on her birthday. Now there's an idea!

This is a great road!  Also, an interesting traffic pattern here.

Portrait orientation works really well here - as does the B&W. And it comes with such a great story.

Interesting back story. Looks like a great place. Love the vehicle at the end of the road.
