Love the blue mood you caught. It is a really lovely shot. I think to put more focus on the pier cropping out the seaweed in front (at least partially or removing it next time before you take the shot if you want more beach in your shot) would make it an even stronger shot. Also playing around with having more water on the right to show where this long pier is leading may work. But I love all the gray and blue tones that you captured with the small orange lights as a contrast.
